Many people spent their lives pursuing things they don't really want just because they cannot bear the idea of others having something they don't.
-I Kissed Dating Goodbye-I feel that we care too much about ourselves that we neglect the gamut of 'growing up'..those relaxing school days(as compared to future years),the flow of school activities, little chats, testimonials, letters and tags on boards..the once in a while birthday celebrations, the graduation hugs, the blue-and-white school uniform and dirty jokes shared. The pile of notes and textbooks kept haphazardly under desks, the sauntering to assembly, devotions and chapel services. The class's cheering and clapping spontaneously..the disagreements we had/will have..the discussion of silly/minor things..the sharing of each other's dreams and goals..about subject combinations..choosing of campus..
These thoughts ran through my mind..I have to constantly remind myself the consequences of not cherishing to bring regrets to the lowest scale.I trigger reflections to learn from my wrong doings..
Most of all,I need to have no stand to gain understanding.
